Refund policy

RETURNS
We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then please get in touch. You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our online store (items purchased in our retail outlets can not be returned or exchanged online). Please send your return to LRB Store c/o Giftpoint Limited, Giftpoint House, Trackside Business Centre, Unit 10, Abbot Close, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 7JN, UK.

If there have been obvious signs of use, you may only be eligible for a partial refund. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@lrb.co.uk with evidence of the damaged item and we will arrange a replacement.

RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: LRB Store c/o Giftpoint Limited, Giftpoint House, Trackside Business Centre, Unit 10, Abbot Close, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 7JN, UK. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned or exchanged product to reach you may vary.
